This switch is perfect for anyone passionate about home networking or running a small business setup. It’s incredibly easy to configure and performs exactly as advertised. In my setup, I use this switch alongside an Omada OC200 controller, TL-R605 VPN router, and three EAP access points (APs), and it has met all my expectations.
The four PoE ports power my EAPs and Omada controller, leaving me with three LAN ports for additional connections, with the remaining port serving as the uplink to the VPN router. The port VLAN tagging capability has added a level of flexibility that consumer-grade routers or switches typically lack. If you’re looking to segment your home network into multiple VLANs for enhanced security and organization, this switch is an excellent choice.
