- Introduction These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods by Caribbean Importation AJB LLC (“Seller”) to you (“Buyer”) from the Caribbean Importation AJB LLC website located at www.caribbeanimportationdo.com (the “Site”). By placing an order for goods on the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.

- Caribbean Importation AJB LLC will ship goods to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form. Shipping dates and times are estimates only and Seller will not be liable for any damages arising from delays in shipping.
- Returns and Exchanges Goods may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with the Caribbean Importation AJB LLC return policy as stated on the Site at the time of purchase.
- Warranties and Disclaimers, Caribbean Importation AJB LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to goods sold on the Site.
